More Than a Job: Stories of Breaking Down, Breaking Through, and Becoming

Work is never just work. It shapes who we are, what we value, and how we rise after we fall. More Than a Job is a global docuseries that follows real people as they confront burnout, identity shifts, and the search for purpose.

We’re casting individuals willing to share their turning points, including the breakdowns, the breaking points, and the breakthroughs that can inspire others to reimagine what’s possible.

No scripts. No filters. Just real stories.

All backgrounds welcome. Global applicants encouraged.
